The Corporate Officers are Sebastian Maceira - President and Sherry Lantz-Romano - Vice President. Each has a varied education and experience record in the heating, ventilating and air conditioning industry.

Sebastian Maceira is a certified NEBB Supervisor, International Training Institute Certified TAB technician and formerly a Local Sheet Metal #104 Apprenticeship TAB instructor. All field personnel are Sheet Metal Local 104 TAB technicians. Project technicians will include one or more of the following:
